  • Understand Technology Landscape: Understand the technologies in use by Industry Group and the landscape of these solutions; how they are being used, for which clients, and the value proposition, with an emphasis on consolidation, lowering total cost of ownership, and reducing technical debt.
  • Identify and Mitigate Risks: Identify potential risks and dependencies, proactively mitigate issues, and make informed trade-off decisions to ensure the successful delivery of the product roadmap.
  • Coordinate Planning and Communication: Coordinate planning and active communication with key stakeholders and business leaders.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 12 years of experience in product delivery or related roles, with a proven track record of delivering software products in an Agile environment.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA); excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure product success.
  • Passion for Technology: Passion for technology and innovation, with a commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Enterprise Software Experience: Experience with enterprise software products and familiarity with facility management or related industries is a plus.
