About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on Sherwin-Williams products
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, meeting sales goals and achieving excellent customer satisfaction
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to inventory control procedures and ensuring a high level of visual standards
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Preferred qualifications include a valid driver's license, high school diploma or GED, and previous experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
