Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the can supply process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of full cans, empty cans, and related equipment.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.

• Accurately record and track equipment maintenance, repairs, and costs to ensure budget compliance.

• Collaborate with labeling and shipping departments to ensure seamless operations.

• Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

• Provide guidance and training to seasonal staff on equipment operation and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or equivalent mechanical repair experience.

• Ability to sit, stand, push, pull, twist, squat, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.

• Willingness to work in a team environment and lead personnel as needed.
