Position Overview
We are seeking a committed Personal Care Aide / Med Tech to provide essential support to our residents at Woodcrest Senior Living Community. This role is vital in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents during the 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Shift Details
- Full-time positions available for:
- 2nd Shift: 3PM - 11PM
- 3rd Shift: 11PM - 7AM

Compensation
- Pay based on experience, with an additional $2 differential for weekend shifts.

Training Opportunities
- We offer in-house training to help you become Med Tech certified.

Key Responsibilities
As a Personal Care Aide, your duties will include:
  • Delivering personalized care services as outlined in each resident's care plan.
  • Assisting with dining services, including meal preparation and cleanup.
  • Managing laundry services, including washing, drying, and organizing residents' clothing.
  • Monitoring changes in residents' conditions and effectively communicating these observations.
  • Performing housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification: Med Tech certification (training provided).
- Experience: Previous experience working with older adults is preferred but not mandatory.
