Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Staff Front End Engineer to join our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality, user-friendly front-end applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular JS, React, or Vue.
  • Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality products to our users.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while enhancing the existing product suite.
  • Be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience with technologies Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular JS, React, Vue.
  • Full stack development capabilities, with strong expertise on UI framework (React or equivalent) and ability to collaborate with on-shore and off-shore engineers.
  • 3+ years of experience with machine learning, prompt engineering using open source LLM.
  • Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization.
  • Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, SQL, and performance-scale considerations.
  • Strong analytical and design skills.
  • Ability to lead complex projects with material & technical risk at a team level.
  • Work in agile, rapid development, and prototyping environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with the ServiceNow Platform and Service Portal a big plus.
  • Driven towards writing, debugging, and improving existing code.
  • Ability to make decisions independently.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
