Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans
  • Conduct patient assessments and provide treatment as directed by physical therapists
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in a SNF / LTC setting
  • Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Georgia
