**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Lead to join The QTI Group. As a critical member of our team, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and resolve issues raised by associates
  • Perform carpentry work, electrical repairs and installations, and some plumbing when needed
  • Maintain HVAC systems including a boiler and chiller
  • Run network cable as needed
  • Install and maintain cameras as well as the NVR
  • Drive company van to Bank Center and branches
  • Ensure all facilities operations comply with safety regulations and company policies

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven leadership skills
  • 7+ years of related experience
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Above average mechanical abilities and the ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools
  • Reside within 30-45 minute travel time to the Bank Center
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Apprentice leading towards a journeyman electrician a plus
  • Apprentice leading towards a journeyman HVAC a plus

**What We Offer**

The QTI Group offers a competitive salary range of $58,240+ per year based on experience. A full-time schedule is Monday-Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
