Job Title: Registered Nurse - ED

Adventist Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to lead our Emergency Department team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced RN to provide leadership and guidance to our ED staff. As a Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and directing the activities of nursing and ancillary personnel, ensuring that patients receive high-quality, cost-effective care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct nursing and ancillary personnel to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Develop and implement unit-based leadership strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Nurse Manager, Director, and Physicians to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Assess and improve quality of patient experience.
  • Participate in patient care as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience.
  • Clinical specialty and/or nursing administration certification.
  • Facility-specific license/certifications.
