Overview
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intermediate Care Unit at Novant Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care that is safe, effective, and efficient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and document patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina
- 1 year of relevant experience in a critical care or intermediate care setting
- BLS and ACLS certification
- CCRN, PCCN, or CNRN certification preferred
