Acerca de Tu Trabajo
El Especialista en Codificación Médica Senior se centrará en la codificación de registros médicos con fines de codificación HCC, colaborando con médicos en la mejora de la documentación clínica. Las responsabilidades incluyen proporcionar experiencia en codificación, apoyar los esfuerzos de ajuste de riesgo y participar en proyectos que impacten los ingresos y preparen para auditorías.
Te enfocarás en:
- Revisar, auditar y codificar registros médicos para el reembolso y cumplimiento HCC.
- Alcanzar objetivos de productividad en la codificación HCC con precisión.
- Revisar códigos HCC e ICD-10 para asegurar su exactitud e implementar cambios.
- Asistir a los médicos con la codificación y documentación HCC.
- Servir como recurso para los miembros del equipo y oficinas de médicos.
- Realizar auditorías de codificación HCC.
- Demostrar una fuerte capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente.
Las Habilidades, Experiencia y Educación que Aportas
- Se prefiere título universitario de una institución acreditada.
- Se requieren certificaciones de codificación.
- Experiencia en codificación médica profesional y codificación HCC.
- Experiencia en Ajuste de Riesgo de Medicare y software EPIC EMR.
- Se prefiere experiencia en gestión de proyectos.
