Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including preparing patients for procedures, operating imaging equipment, and analyzing images to diagnose medical conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and administering medications as needed.
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as PET and SPECT scanners, to capture high-quality images of patients' internal organs and tissues.
  • Analyze images to diagnose medical conditions, such as cancer, cardiovascular disease, and neurological disorders.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and results.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
  • Current certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT) or Registered Technologist (RT) in Nuclear Medicine.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
