We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (Asset and Wealth Management) to bridge the gap between our business needs and technology solutions, focusing on improving our asset and wealth management systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders in the asset and wealth management domain.
- Design and implement technology solutions to enhance AWM operations and client services.
- Develop functional specifications and use cases for system developers.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and create training materials for new systems.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for AWM systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the AWM sector.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Able to effectively run business meetings.
- Requirements gathering and documentation.
- API testing and documentation.
