Selland Family Restaurants is seeking a skilled Counter Server & Cashier to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive dining experience, and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.

• Provide outstanding guest service, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, adhering to health and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure seamless service
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and composure under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Ability to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card
• Reliable transportation to work
