Job Description:

As a Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness - Midwest Management Group, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional member experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
  • Managing front desk activities, including answering phone calls, checking members into the system, and processing new member sign-ups.
  • Conducting tours for prospective members, showcasing our facilities and services.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date member information.
  • Responding to member inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
  • Basic computer skills are essential for effective task management.
  • A genuine interest in fitness and health is necessary to connect with our members and promote our services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact with members and colleagues in a positive and professional manner.
  • Punctuality and reliability are critical in maintaining a consistent and efficient work schedule.
  • CPR certification is a requirement.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Estimated Salary Range: The estimated annual salary for this position is $52,000 - $70,000, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and local market conditions.
