Providing Exceptional Customer ServiceUtilize excellent customer service skills to deliver an exceptional care experience, exceeding resident expectations.
Grooming and Bathing ResidentsAssist residents with grooming and bathing tasks, adapting to their individual needs and abilities.
Following Resident Care StandardsAdhere to established Resident Care Standards and Practices, ensuring proper procedures are followed to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Assisting with Daily Living TasksSupport residents with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, transferring, bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming.
Preparing Resident RoomsMaintain a clean and comfortable living environment by preparing resident rooms as needed.
Medication Administration and ManagementAssist with medication administration and management, ensuring residents receive the correct dosages and treatments.
Transferring ResidentsTransfer residents safely and efficiently, using assistive devices as needed.
Requirements- Valid CNA License
A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license is required for this position.
Prior Experience in Skilled Nursing or Assisted LivingPrevious experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred.
Proficiency in Reading Resident Plans of CareDemonstrate proficiency in reading and understanding Resident Plans of Care, including ADLs and introductory visits.
Understanding of Quality of Care and Life ObjectivesUnderstand and adhere to quality of care and life objectives, ensuring residents receive the highest level of care.
Recent PPD or Chest X-RayA recent PPD or Chest X-Ray is required for this position.
CPR CertificationCPR certification is required for this position.
