Job Overview:
  At Muller, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Crew Foreman, Erosion Control to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our construction site, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

About the Role:
  In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team on various projects, including erosion control, hydroseeding, and underdrain installation. You will be responsible for managing a crew of 2-3 laborers, transporting them to job sites, and completing daily paperwork, including time sheets and job tickets. Additionally, you will be required to operate mini-excavators and skid steers to perform daily job functions, such as trenching and excavation.

Responsibilities:
  
  • Manage a crew of 2-3 laborers on a daily basis.
  • Manage and complete work such as silt fence installation, hydroseeding, underdrain installation, manhole punch work, bond release items, asphalt patching, and crack sealing.
  • Transport crew to job site and back to the yard.
  • Operate mini-excavators and skid steers to perform daily job functions.
  • Complete daily paperwork, including but not limited to daily job tickets and time sheets.
  • Trench/excavate.
  • Load and unload construction materials.
  • Communicate directly with Client Representatives, Superintendents, and Project Managers.

Requirements:
  
  • Valid Driver's license.
  • Experience driving a truck with trailer.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
  • Eligible for employment in the United States.
  • 3 years' construction or landscaping experience.
  • Experience with Bobcats and/or mini excavator.
  • Silt fence or under drain experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation to the yard located in Manassas, VA.

Estimated Salary:
  $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
