Minnesota Urology is currently in search of a dedicated Clinical Support Specialist (CNA/NAR) to join our team in the Woodbury/Maplewood Clinics.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday

Regular daytime hours with no evening, weekend, or holiday shifts.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting our clinical staff and medical providers. Under the direct supervision of an RN, LPN, or CMA, your responsibilities will include:

  • Rooming patients and preparing for procedures
  • Cleaning and maintaining exam rooms
  • Processing laboratory samples
  • Sterilizing and restocking medical equipment
  • Ensuring cleanliness in all clinic areas, including the lobby, exam rooms, patient restrooms, and hallways
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma
  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of Minnesota is preferred; if not certified, candidates must obtain certification within one year of employment.
