Job Overview

Proactive Health is a leading provider of remote monitoring services for elderly individuals. We are seeking a skilled Intake Specialist/Installer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to Patient Locations: Visit patients in their homes to provide education and support.
  • Patient Education: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our remote monitoring services.
  • Intake and Documentation: Conduct thorough patient intakes, including medical history, current medications, and other relevant information.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Senior Citizen Experience: Experience working with senior citizens is preferred.
  • Healthcare Experience: Experience working in healthcare is preferred.
  • Sales Experience: Sales experience is a plus.
