Key Responsibilities:

Daily Activities:

  • Design and implement meaningful, evidence-based programming tailored to ongoing client assessments.
  • Provide continuous direct and indirect training and oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) managing patient caseloads.
  • Deliver essential guidance to families to ensure successful programming outcomes.
  • Maintain consistent communication with all members of the treatment team.
  • Collaborate with external service providers to enhance client care.
  • Review client data promptly and share necessary insights with team members.
  • Uphold professional boundaries as established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations.
  • Plan for discharges and transitions for children under your care.

Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate:

Must possess a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or be in the process of taking the BCBA exam within a month.

Licensure as a Behavior Analyst (LBA) is preferred if applicable.

  • Willingness to undergo a background check.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for client visits.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges utilizing ABA techniques.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Capability to bend and squat for extended periods daily.
  • Engagement in activities requiring fine and gross motor skills, including kneeling, bending, squatting, sitting, or standing for prolonged durations.
