Dishroom Attendant

At Primanti Bros., we're looking for a skilled Dishroom Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our equipment and supplies.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all equipment and supplies are clean, sanitized, and organized. This includes setting up and closing down the dish machine according to proper procedures, maintaining daily cleanliness and maintenance of the machine, and washing plate ware, glassware, silverware, pots/pans, and kitchen utensils while adhering to sanitation and cleaning procedures.
