Overview

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to utilize their exceptional customer service skills to connect with potential residents and identify their needs to secure lease agreements. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our community and contribute to the success of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate interest in our community by highlighting its unique features and benefits
• Communicate effectively with potential residents on all aspects of our community
• Serve as a resource for residents to address their concerns and find solutions
• Build lasting relationships to retain and attract new residents
• Utilize attention to detail to perform administrative tasks and coordinate community events

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred
• Valid Driver's License required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Lease up experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
