Job Title: Salesforce Admin Specialist

Description:

Phoenix Pro Connect is seeking an experienced Salesforce Admin Specialist to join our team in Miami. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Salesforce platform. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting user access, creating reports and dashboards, and maintaining data quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot user access issues and resolve them promptly.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance.
  • Ensure data quality on opportunities and events created in Salesforce.

Ongoing Projects:

  • Enhance internal processes to manage potential fraudulent payments flagged by Kount.
  • Implement a validation process for opportunities created by ISRs, including approval/rejection by team leaders.
  • Enhance survey evaluation for individual events related to opportunities and create reports and dashboards for monitoring.

Upcoming Projects:

  • Implement a process for account managers to request discounted rates for customers.
  • Simplify the screen flow for CERs to create call tickets in Salesforce to improve efficiency.
  • Improve folder structure, review folder access, eliminate duplicate and obsolete reports, etc.
