Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Architectural Project Manager looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a well-established and award-winning firm.

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our fast-paced and innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple architectural projects, focusing primarily on K-12 and higher education projects in addition to others.

The Permanent Architectural Project Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing all phases of architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • Using Revit and other design software to develop detailed and accurate architectural designs and plans.
  • Overseeing project teams and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Preparing and presenting project proposals, reports, and findings to clients and senior management.
  • Ensuring all architectural projects comply with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
  • Continuously keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in architectural design and project management.

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Architectural Project Manager role will have the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • A valid Architectural license (preferred but not required).
  • 12+ years' experience of architectural experience, ideally with a focus on K-12 and higher education projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • A passion for architectural design and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
