Baker Assistant

The Assistant Baker at Nothing Bundt Cakes is a key member of our bakery team, responsible for supporting the Baker in creating high-quality cakes for our guests. This role requires attention to detail, a passion for baking, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of the job.

• Assist the Baker in preparing raw ingredients and equipment for baking.
• Monitor the baking process and ensure that cakes are consistently created to our high standards.
• Help maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Baker to meet production demands and achieve productivity goals.
• Adhere to proprietary recipes and production methods, ensuring that every cake meets our quality standards.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery environment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
