Premier Restoration Hawaii is hiring an Emergency Response Technician to join our disaster response team. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations, assess damage, and develop plans to restore properties.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency calls, assess damage, and develop plans to restore properties
• Operate specialized equipment to dry structures, remove affected materials, and prevent further damage
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
• Document progress, update records, and maintain accurate reporting
• Maintain a high level of physical fitness, adhere to safety protocols, and participate in ongoing training and development

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in technology and software systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $58,000 - $68,000 per year, based on experience
