The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Predictive Modeling Analyst to join our team.

You'll be working closely with our Learning Science team to define which player data provides insight into players' cognitive capabilities.

You'll also collaborate with our game designers and engineers to develop scoring rules and frameworks in Python and/or R.

As a Predictive Modeling Analyst, you'll be responsible for conducting data analysis using descriptive statistics, feature extraction, and algorithm development.

You'll partner with our Psychometrics experts to advance today's state-of-the-art measurement models.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop advanced modeling techniques, such as feature engineering, HMM, Bayesian networks, and PCA
  • Communicate complex results through visualizations and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of experience conducting predictive modeling on large datasets
  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling procedures and data manipulation
  • Experience with SQL databases and scripting languages (PHP, Python, R, etc.)

Compensation

$120,000 - $150,000 per year
