Barista Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Smugglers' Notch. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Operate cash register and handle customer transactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation methods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
