Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary and specialty care to pediatric patients, including well-child visits, sick visits, and chronic disease management.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of patients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in pediatric care.
  • Supervise and mentor medical students, residents, and physician extenders.

Requirements:

  • Board certification or eligibility in pediatrics.
  • Alaska state medical license and DEA registration.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with electronic medical records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
