We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Specialist to join our team at Russell Stover Chocolates. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities and equipment.

• Disassemble and clean/sanitize equipment per RSC guidelines to maintain FDA standards
• Request, receive, deliver, secure, and maintain products and materials required for the job
• Operate and maintain machinery, equipment, and tools in a safe and proficient manner
• Perform other clean-up activities assigned by the supervisor
• Conform to rules and regulations

• Experience in an industrial cleaning environment
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
• Plant experience

• Two or more years in a manufacturing facility
• Passion for cleaning
