Dedicated Behavior Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team as a Dedicated Behavior Intervention Specialist. This is a full-time opportunity that requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience in behavior specialist roles.
Job OverviewThis position involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to implement behavior intervention plans and support students with diverse needs in a school setting. As an RBT, you will be responsible for providing direct support to students with behavioral challenges, utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or behavior specialist.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and make data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed.
- Support students in developing social skills, self-regulation, and independence.
- Valid RBT certification.
- Solid understanding and practical application of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Strong organizational and data collection skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow directions from supervising professionals.
The estimated salary for this position is $40-$50 per hour, paid weekly. We offer a competitive compensation package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer match. Additionally, tax-free stipends may be available to eligible candidates.
