We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Acute Rehabilitation team at TriStar Skyline Medical Center, a 250+ bed facility and Tennessee's first comprehensive stroke center.
About the Role- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by performing delegated basic patient care services and collaborating with the RN and other members of the care team.
- Obtain and record patient information, provide direct evidence-based nursing care, and administer prescribed medications.
- Identify potential nursing problems and escalate situations requiring care beyond the scope of an LPN.
- Document patient care in a timely and thorough manner and provide accurate patient information reports.
