Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff to provide exceptional patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of collaboration and open communication.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • BCLS certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of radiation or ambulatory nursing experience, with demonstrated clinical competence and professional accountability.
  • Managerial or leadership experience desirable.
