Job Description
We are looking for a talented Staff Pharmacist to join our team at CVS Health. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in delivering patient care and supporting the pharmacy team. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the pharmacy, including patient safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead with heart and display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues.
• Motivate, inspire, and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments and addressing development opportunities.
• Identify critical business opportunities and contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in your pharmacy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this role is $65,000 - $78,000 per year, based on experience, education, and location.
