Job Description
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and vendor discrepancy resolution. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain the highest levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including preparing and sending invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and correctly posted.
- Investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries related to accounts receivable.
