The Facility Maintenance Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional levels of client satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality cleaning services. This position requires adherence to company protocols, maintaining adequate supply levels, and contributing to a safe working environment. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, enthusiastic, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of individuals while demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks including, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom sanitation, while adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Organize and maintain janitorial supply areas as necessary.
- Promptly report any potential safety hazards or required repairs to management.
- Ensure building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after hours.
- Execute additional duties and participate in special training as directed by the supervisor.
- Skills and Competencies
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation is required
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high performance standards
- Effective communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer-focused and approachable demeanor
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Physical Demands
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Repetitive movements are required
- Frequent bending and twisting motions
- Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings

- 2nd Shift
- Monday - Friday
- 5 pm - 9 pm
- $13.50/hr
- Pre-employment requirements must be met
