Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site clinical evaluations to observe student performance, engage with preceptors, and assess clinical work
- Facilitate effective communication among preceptors, students, and clinical faculty
- Assess and provide constructive feedback on clinical assignments utilizing established grading criteria
- Collaborate with course faculty and preceptors to address challenges related to students and clinical sites
- Participate in faculty meetings and represent Gonzaga University School of Nursing and Human Physiology
- Active and unencumbered RN and ARNP licensure in Washington state
- Master of Science in Nursing
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Residency in one of the designated states for graduate nursing students
- Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree
- Previous experience in clinical education
- Compensation: $1,250 per student, with potential additional travel reimbursement
