We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our KinderCare team in Centreville, Virginia. As a Teacher, you'll play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners and helping them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement KinderCare's research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth.
  • Partner with parents to provide exceptional care and education for their children.
  • Support your center's success by achieving goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts.
Qualifications:
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain.
  • Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency and lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
  • Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children.
  • Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
