Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support
    • Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their needs and expectations with professionalism and respect.
    • Communicate and document status updates on incidents and projects to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Endpoint Support
    • Work independently to resolve complex support issues and requests, escalating issues as required to senior team members and leadership.
    • Collaborate with colleagues and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve endpoint issues, ensuring timely resolution.
    • Perform routine testing of new hardware and software deployments prior to adoption in the production environment.
    • Conduct quality assurance checks on all hardware and software prior to deployment.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management
    • Develop and maintain documentation in a knowledge base, creating and updating documentation for training, process improvements, and knowledge base articles.
    • Work with team members and leadership to identify areas requiring training and documentation.
    • Participate in scheduled training and demonstrate initiative in expanding knowledge of processes and newly implemented solutions.
  • IT Supplies and Asset Life Cycle Management
    • Identify and escalate when supplies and assets begin to run low.
    • Replace aging assets that need to be rotated out of the environment.
    • Document when assets are introduced into the environment and when assets are retired.
    • Leverage warranty coverage and/or repair assets to repurpose back into inventory.
  • Miscellaneous Duties
    • Perform other job-related duties as requested by management.
