Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dish Person to join our team at Perkins Restaurants. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our dining areas and kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Rinse and arrange soiled dishes, silverware, and glassware into washer trays
- Load trays into dishwasher, remove dishes, silverware, and glassware from washer trays, and stock for kitchen personnel and servers
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work areas
- Monitor and oversee food temperatures during hot and cold food handling
Requirements
