Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Operator II to join our team at Nature's Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of packaging machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Ensure proper placement of product in packaging to meet quality standards
  • Perform basic machine operation tasks to maintain production levels
  • Stay active and focused throughout the shift to meet productivity goals
Requirements
  • Prior experience with loading goods into containers and preparing them for distribution
  • Experience inspecting and adjusting materials during production to meet quality standards
  • Familiarity with operating and maintaining packaging machines
  • Knowledge of food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines
  • Experience performing regular maintenance and cleaning on equipment
  • Skilled in ensuring packaging quality and accuracy for each order
  • Proficient in using ERP systems to track material usage
  • Experience assisting with equipment changeovers and resolving downtime issues
