We are seeking a skilled Associate Lawyer to join our team at Mullen & McGourty, P.C. in New England. As a workers compensation and civil litigation attorney, you will represent insurance companies, claims administrators, and employers in legal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court or before government agencies
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Advise clients on business and legal transactions
  • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
  • Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in law
  • Familiarity with workers compensation and civil litigation
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
