Branch Ambassador

The Lobby Concierge will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, managing lobby traffic, and assisting members with their financial needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Engage with Members: Greet members warmly, identify their financial needs, and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Provide Exceptional Service: Offer superior member experience, following all GREAT service standards, while maintaining a focus on member satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Provide members with excellent service, offering general and specific account and loan information, online banking, bill-pay information, and other related Credit Union services and products.
• Scorecard Accountability: Cross-offer new checking, lending, and product referrals to members, aligning with individual and branch goals.
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Embody a culture that is inclusive for all.

• A minimum education of high school diploma or GED.
• Prior customer service and sales experience.

$15.00 per hour.
