Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Traveling Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting. As a Travel Nurse Home Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and families, and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on promoting health, preventing illness, and alleviating suffering.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to address these needs.
  • Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide education to patients and families on disease management and self-care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Document patient progress, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Home Health Nurse or in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong assessment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software.
