Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Wexford Health Sources, Inc. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical, psychological, and psychosocial dimensions to provide comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Current, valid IL State Registered Nursing License.
  • Current CPR Certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or American Safety and Health Institute.
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience; correctional nursing experience a plus.
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate of $45.00.
  • Shift differentials available from $3/hr - $4/hr (Not available for day shift).
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including annual increase, 40 paid days off per year, BlueCross BlueShield Medical insurance, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) plan with 50% match, Company-paid short-term disability, Healthcare and dependent care spending account, and Continuing education options.
