Nursing Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Paris Regional Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to making communities healthier.

This is a PRN position with varied shifts, including days. Your experience matters to us, and we prioritize your well-being so you can focus on delivering outstanding care.

The base salary for this position is approximately $**75,000 - $100,000 per year**, depending on experience. • Utilize specialized plan-of-care intervention and serve as a patient-care innovator.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A current state RN license.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• PALS or EMPC certification within 90 days of hire.
• Handle with Care certification within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of acute care experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
