Occupational Therapist

JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a rehabilitation specialist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve functional independence and reach their full potential.
Job Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
- Conduct initial evaluations, daily notes, reassessments, progress reports, and discharge plans
- Administer tests and measures, and synthesize evaluation results to formulate diagnoses, goals, and plans of care
- Provide education and training to patients and their support systems
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy; Doctorate preferred
- Licensed Occupational Therapist
- Valid CPR License
- Experience with EMR software preferred
- Strong clinical decision-making skills, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities
- Competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
- Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus
