Care Coordinator

We are seeking a part-time Care Coordinator to work with an individual living with her family in the Roxborough neighborhood. The estimated salary for this role is $16.80 per hour, which may increase based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:- Enhance daily living skills through support and guidance.
- Promote community involvement and advocacy for the individual we serve.
The part-time schedule includes 2 Sundays a month from 12pm-7pm, as well as Monday through Friday from 4:30pm-8:30pm.
