About the Role- Design and deliver educational programs on all shifts and for all departments to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
- Participate in staff evaluation processes and provide attendance records and performance observations to support employee growth and development.
- Provide general facility orientation to new employees and ongoing in-service education to ensure a smooth transition into our team.
- Plan and schedule monthly and annual education programs to meet the diverse needs of our nursing staff.
- Ensure Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) meet annual in-service requirements to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Contribute to quality assurance and report concerns to supervisor to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.
