Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on weekends. As an LPN at Fletcher Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, you will play a vital role in providing supervision and care to our residents, ensuring their health, safety, and welfare are maintained at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Supervise and train Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other support staff
  • Conduct regular assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence

Requirements

  • Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred
