Enterprise Holdings is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Detailer. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitization in our vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and Sanitize Vehicle Interiors: Thoroughly clean and sanitize vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, and consoles, to meet our Complete Clean Pledge standards.
- Vacuum and Prepare Vehicle Interiors: Vacuum and prepare vehicle interiors to ensure they are clean and free of debris.
- Exterior Cleaning and Sanitizing: Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks, to meet our Complete Clean Pledge standards.
- Vehicle Inspection and Preparation: Inspect vehicles for any safety concerns, report any issues, and prepare vehicles for rental.
- Maintain a Clean and Orderly Work Area: Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including the branch location, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for employees and customers.
Additional Responsibilities
- Seek Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve job performance, including self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
- Reliable Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
- Perform Miscellaneous Job-Related Duties: Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Driver's License: Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship from our company.
- Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Commute Time: Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour from this location.
- Work Experience: Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
